View Full Version : Your Work-put Plans...?

Hey people,

What kind of work out plans do you have? and do you have specific reasons for them?

Mine is - Treadmill, rowing machine, cycle - little break - cross trainer, then a few weights

I just want to keep cardio levels good and keep reseasonably fit...

Also do you have any specific drinks whilst training? My tend to use Umbro Isotonic Orange water as it has a good amount of sugar

I decided to consult a Personal Trainer and already two week into the new regime i've already seen a difference.

My work out (if you can all it that) consists of...

10mins row
10mins cross trainer
10mins running machine
10mins on stepper
^^^ choose 3 of the above

Machine Weights:
30kg overhead press thingy 10/2 (reps/sets)
36kg pushy thing 10/2
rower thingy 15/2
65kg pull down thingy 8/2
55kg slightly different pull down thingy 8/2

Free weights:
5kg over the head 15/2
5kgs biceps curls 15/2
20398472038403 sit ups on a swiss ball
balance on my knees on swiss ball... hold for 1 mins

5 pull ups.

Thats for toning my skinny ass rather than bulking though. Cardio is more important to me too. With drink i go for a very weak dilute of blackcurrent juice.

done 6 weeks, 6 left. after that going for something more intense, that one bores me. I also do a full chest workout saturdays though, should be resting that day but eh.

I only ever drink water when training

I did start to put mione on here but there is so much to put I quickly couldnt be bothered to carry on. lol.
