i used to have promax or dorian yates weight gain through the day and a dorian yates post workout protein which has simple carbs in as well, so you can mix up what you chose. my bro at the moment is having nutrisport 90+, which is cheap as and think is doin the trick. all youve got to do is compare the amino acid amounts to see which is higher. and whichever you choose it may be an idea to take a separate glutimine supplement as this is the most abundant amino acid to take

i dont think you need it when your as big as you are in your avatar.
i dont know what its like all id do is like i said compare the amino profile to others. you could give it a go, see how you get on, you might not even like the taste

If you are in the bulking phase I love nlarge2 from prolab. Tastes amazing and a good 50g protein serving each time.

Prolab Site (http://www.prolab.com/ecommerce/control/productSection?category_id=PL100)
It really is excellent, great for hard gainers like myself. Their normal shakes are good also if you just need extra protein.

Q: If I take this stuff under my normal regime what sort of benefits (if any will i get)
4hours cardio per week
2 hours iron pumping per week

it may aid you recovery in the cardio if you really push it and do some sprint training and make your muscles ache the next day.
It depends how seriously you pump iron. If you are using mainly the cable machines and not following a training program then taking the protein is a bit of a waste, but you may be able to increase the weights more quickly.
Ideally you would be following a weights training regime, going 3 or more times a week, say chest and triceps, back and biceps, and shoulders. Trying to follow more of a free weight work out than a cables workout.

dont leave it mate, will be the best thing you ever do and you will get addicted. take the 2hours lifting down to 1 hour and try some heavy weights for a week or 2 then step it back up to 2 hours with the improved weights. you will buff up in no time! but like westy said best to get a easy to follow workout, but you could do that in a couple of weeks if you like the idea of bulking up somewhat
