OK peeps, the 30th May is drawing closer, so it's time to start making some more arrangements.

As you all know, tickets can be purchased in advance online, or via post, etc. The tickets cost £10... more info available in this post! (http://www.sax-p.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=6444&PN=1)

I plan to travel down on the Saturday afternoon, chill out at the pub and catch up with a few people before the show on the Sunday morning. I will be staying at the following hotel... you are welcome to book here too, BUT there are now only TEN rooms available!!

Never been to a show so how do the stands work out? Limited spaces, just for fixed up cars? Have to be there from certain time till certain time (i.e not allowed to leave til its over), that sort of thing.

I wont be allowing a lot of non-saxos on the sax-p stand, but as the C2 is the natural replacement for the saxo, thats pretty cool... smileys/smiley2.gif

If showing you have to be there EARLY though, as car movements are not allowed usually once the public are allowed to enter the show area.

I wont be going around the track... speed limit in the show is 5mph, so movement is allowed, but the marshall dudes usually frown upon you if your not in the riht place at the right time.

Right well, it looks like i will be trying to book teh hotel 2moz so as i can have a room and just chill too. Can't be doing with the leaving at 4 thing, MARK, YOU ARE HARDCORE BUDDY!!!!

(O) bloody early on the site though. Might be using that 5 mph limit to leave early though if it gets boring, was only at donny for 4 hours so think being on the standn might wear thin. Will be ace tho!!!!

Any ideas on what the stand is gonna look like? Like layout or size (I mean how many cars it can fit or is it the size we need on the day)?

The area will be set out depending on how many cars book! Some peeps wont have booked in as sax-p when ordering their tickets, so I need to make sure our area is big enough.
