not sure mate... think its a bit of twist it a bit then see how low it is... not sure wait for scott
its definetly not trial and error!
its also not done by clicks either, thast the wrong way to do it.
Do it correctly and you can lower it by whatever amount you desire.

I have actually ... I’ll go and read up on it again.... I would strongly recommend getting premium membership.. the guide to lowering the rear torsion is good... think anyone with the correct tools and a bit of knowledge could do it by following the guidesmileys/smiley2.gif
fantastic plug!
as long as the bars are not seized its a very easy job

it very much so defeats the object of premium membership if you go round telling people how to do the things in there!!

I need all the money i can get tho at the mosmileys/sad.gif
I can see the advantages and cant wait to get over the point where every tenner counts so i can become a member. But, the situation at the moment dictates different!!

well go find it else where with little effort... it defeats the object of premium membership telling everyone as then there would be no point in people siging up for premium membership

1 notch = 45mm
I don't recommend it.
It causes all sorts of problems......think I am gonna pop my rear tyre soon....need to do some arch work.....and I only have 16's....proper hides the wheel with the arch tho

It depends on your perspective... Access to the detailed how-to guides and galleries is ONLY one of the features offered to premium members. There's much more aside.. and much more on the way...
I dont deny you can find the information else where, but I doubt you will find the same quality of information smileys/smiley2.gif
