Hey everyone just been thinking about this as the other day at work, i work for a company called scot jcb we sell and repair all jcbs.

So any way the insurance assesor came to our workshop the other day and he didnt have a clue about the machine, dont no if its different with cars, but this was from the same insurance company that i am with, he basically asked my boss whats wrong with it, but i would put money that if he was look at my car he would no the difference say if i had a 4branch manifold or summit like that.

What i am getting at is that the fact is the insurance assesor didnt have a clue about our trade but the company hes working for is selling insurance, my boss could have told him anything and he wouldnt be any the wiser.

Just after people oppinions on this?

i understand what your saying but i don't think your insurance company would hire a dumb shit who does'nt know his stuff on cars, money is more vital to them than anything.

Always declare thing on your car because you could be sorry in the longrun, it might not be that guy who comes to see your car, it could be a more experienced assesor, its up to you but just don't put yourself in a fuked up situation.
