i have used a company called ESP coatings, they are based in glasgow and i have used them a few times. They are fapping excellent and the coatings on the wheels is still superb 4 years on. Highly recommended and they were about £38 a wheel that includes balancing etc...

Must be somewhere near you that could do it though

Sounds of Silence in Falkirk do wheels aswell. I think they were something like £25 a wheel but don't quote me on that.
