this has been covered many times mate but normally its tow things
1) if the water is comming in through the overhead lights then its normally the aeiral, undo it from the inside then apply some silicone selant around it and do back up
2) if its comming in through the sunroof winder then its can be either the sunroof seal, sunroof frame or blocked sunroof drain pipe.
so a search and you should find all u need to know, here is a quick quote from one of my other posts that u might find helpfull
I noticed the other day that water was dripping from my sunroof handle, i wanted to get it sorted as the weather is gettign worse so today i dropped the roof lining out, removed the sunroof glass and frame and resealed it all, also sealed the aeiral but i dont think it was letting water in as it was only wet on the winder mechanism. jsut got to leave it a day or so to dry before i can water test it. heres some pics
here is the left side drain pipe, i check to see if it was blocked but it was fine, its a real bad design as the hole is not at the lowest point of the corner meaning that it holds a little bit of water and it just sits there so it was a little shitty so i cleaned it up and then undersealed it,

heres a quick pic of the pipe from the inside:

with the frame out i dryed it off completely and then siliconed aroudn the outside, it was then refitted and the glass rubber also refitted with silicone.

now like i say jsut got to wait for the silicone to set then i can sit in the car and water test it while the roof lining is still down so if it does still leak i can track it easy but i dont think it will leak as i cant see anywhere i havnt sealed but we shal see
