Headlight Tinters

Hi All :panic:

Dad just got me the new Fast Car mag, comes with some headlight tinters, wanna see what they look like :) only for a bit. Prob is, is there a way to turn them off because all that there is, is a cable coming from them which you connect direct to battery. But surely this will mean they will be on all the time?

use a switch mate and an inline fuse, dont do then straight to your battery do them to the small fuse box behind your battery

lmao no idea how i wud go about doing it to the fuse box

so a switch is self explanitory (and i could prob fit it) but whats an inline fuse, and how wud i fit it to the fuse box

yup there on this weeks fast car mag

there nice and illegal, gives the headlights a shade of blue light!

there is a 10mm nut that holds a cable that goes into the small fuse box, take it off and put the live for the lights in there.

the inline fuse goes after the live conection before the switch.

it should go

power> in line fuse> Swtich terminal.
then the other switch terminal> live wire on the lights

the other wire on the lights which should be back goes to an earth on the car
