About to order some lowering springs, i have 16" on 195/40/16 should i get 40mm or 35 mm ? i just want the car to sit the wheels. any any makes you would recomend ?

Yeah 40mm as sean said will be better, but 50mm will sit on top of the wheels slightly more.
