Depending on whether the torsion bar is siezed or not its usually about £80 -£120 but your lucky if you can find a plaice who knows what there doing now a days. Notmany places will do them! if its siezed you could be looking as much as £180 mate! so fingers crossed, and thats just for the rear, the front is an hour/hour and a halfs work for a decent mechanic. All in i'd say about £200 if its not siezed!!
I have a mate who does torsion bars for £60 and fits the lowering kit for £40 (£10 a corner)

I bought my own springs and got them fitted and the torsion bar done at manic motors, Boldon, (northeast) and it only took them an hour and a half :p
