Rubbing Front Arches

hi,
Got a set of 16" with 195/45's on my vtr and when i turn exsessivly the front wheels rub on the inside of the arches and i cant get a full lock.... what do i need to do and can i do it myself?

you can take the arch liners out but first remember where it rubs

the just gently hammer back the metal then replace the liners and get something to hold the liners back against the metal

or get lower profile tyres
