Just got a set of peugeot 206 gti 180 alloys on the cheap thinking they would fit directly on. Thing is they dont. lol
Rather than sell them just now though I would like to try and get them on the car so would spacers make them fit? Or any other ideas. Anyone had this problem?
Cheers

ull need spacers to get them to fit mate, as 206s have different offsets too saxos 106s 306s etc.

will need 5mm spacers on them
also if you mean they rub you will have todo arch work to if you have 45 profile tyres on them

Posted jus after you had mentioned it m8 lol Cheers. Think 10mm spacers would be to much? Think they would look good? Silver coulour coded saxo, Got Ultraleggeras on but just as a wee change.

think 10mm would be 2 big
i had 3mm on mine they were ok but i think 5mm would of been a better choice

10mm would be better as they are 17s and will give you slightly more clearance on full lock. Need to get cutting those arches to

There the silver ones althoug I was thinking of havin them done black or the shadow styled 180 wheels. How much does it cost for a full set of spacers usually then?

the et for a 206 is 25
the et on a saxo is 16-18 ... alot lower so how would putting spacers on make them fit, spacers would be making them wider wouldnt it

No: http://www.saxperience.com/faq/show-article.php?artid=106
206 wheels will sit closer to the inside of the car, spacers move the wheels out away from the inner arches of the car

I'd imagine the gti 180 wheels will look quite nice. Maybe a bit big though.

Yea, thats the only thing I know I wont like the size of them, but its really jus to advertise the wheels and to show them off a bit as I will probably sell them. Thinking of doing them Anthracite as well. Well hopefully the spacer will solve my problem. I will let you know how I get on will probs have the time to do this on Friday.
Cheers

With spacers u might need new wheel bolts too. I dont know whether 5mm spacers would require bigger bolts but thought id just mention it :)
