HELP!!! mk1 or mk2?

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a saxo vts and would like to know whether i should buy the old one, mk1, or the new one mk2? Whats the difference between the two?

the mk2 have different headlights and tail lights.

Apart from that cosmetically they are about the same.

Some mk2's came with 130bhp instead of 120 but the actual difference on road is pretty much negligable

yeh, no difference in performance, citroen had to give it an extra 10hp because of extra weight i belive, so its just cosmetic...and the obvious, if u buy a mk2 it'll be newer, but more expensive...probably

the extra 10bhp was a re working of......well no one is EXACTLY sure where it came from but it had to be reduced back to 120bhp due to new emmisions laws
