Camshafts in combination with a chip.
Will give at least an extra 15-20bhp.

Not more then 8-9bhp.
They always say you will get about 12-15 bhp. There are few chips which can realise that.

get a manifold first! then progress to a cam and a dastek or ecu remap. or if you dont have an enclosed induction kit get that

Camshafts are about 700 pounds for a VTS. If you got a VTR its half of that.
