I writing on behalf of a friend who drives a 1 litre Saxo.
We were driving through cornwall(so windy roads). About a 2 hour drive, and it was fine. On the way back, we were almost home, however, when we slowed down to stop for a traffic light, the car just cut out. He had to turn the ignition off and on a couple a times. He told me that it doesnt happen often, but only after a long drive or when stopping and starting.
From what I have seen on this forum, it seems to be the coil pack. Is this the problem?
Also, how much would a new coil pack cost?
