If you had 24 bedrooms in your house, would you just sleep in one or change room every night?

or maybe sleep in like 4 per night,

why would you sleep in the bedroom when you have a 2 lane bowling alley?

Danr is a slimey estate agent. we often have a chitchat about this place.

apparently there are only 20 or so people who can realistically buy the place.
none of them are interested.

i have driven past this house quite a few times. one of my brothers old school friends lives about a minutes drive away from it. knowone has still yet to buy it though, i dont think.

when it was being built there was a huge raid done on it because there were quite a few illegal immagrants working to build it.

it has a heated driveway, just so that on those icey mornings you dont slip and fall over:err: crazy people. think it was built in mind for the arab race.

if the guy who was selling it had any brains he would convert them into 1/2 bedroom flat. must have some money to have that house in the first place. make a whole new development

apparently... the house was a state previously owned by an egyption person. a company then bought the house and spent several million doing it up.

looked like a sound investment.

AdamW

id fuck a gay to live in that house.

But think about it.......24 rooms turned into 2 bedroom flats.......12 flats

70,000,000 house......bloke who owns that to rent it out to 12 people would be pointless and the fact that if you paid a ruck for a luxury flat would you really want to share a pool with some fuckiwt from No.12 flat from the west wing.....I think not

people with that kind of money will probs have much better house designed by themselves.plus i think this one has damp.

Danr
23rd February 2007, 15:41
Its is well and truly huge. For a year i drove past it every day!

The driveway is heated, but heated marble!

Also, if you bought it for 79 million, then had a 10million deposit a rough estimate on the mortgage would be £423,720 a month ha ha ha ha!

It also has house keeper accomodation which would cost a stupid amount on its own anyway!

AdamW
23rd February 2007, 15:47

Hanuman

pointless house to big for anyone, who ever buys it will only have it for a status and the decor is good for a museum or what not but certainly not to live in, if you had the money to buy that you wouldnt have a mortgage youd just buy it,

IF ONLY!!!!!!!
iv seen this house on the internet £70m you say?? "yes" still for sale? "yes" ok well then ill buy it......cash!!!!!
