yes they have a torsion bar at the back mate. What profile tyres do u have?
if u have 45's then u can do down to 60mm, although most people will recommend 40mm

have a search and see if 40mm looks ok. You can go 60mm but its advisable to get a full kit including shorted dampers

60mm and the wheels will sit just inside the arches, 40mm for a nice even gap all the way around :y:

Iv been told the ride at 60mm is quite stiff, but at 40mm with a full kit lots of people don't really notice a difference

ya c i want the wheels to sit inside the arches but i thought u could only lower it 60mm on 14" wheels??? if i lowered it 50mm would the wheels sit inside the arches and the wheels not rub?

I have been told that you can lower 60mm on 15's fine if the profile of the tyres are 45. Although you will really need a full kit and the PAS pipe need to be bent out of the way slightly, although this is easily done
