I am about 2 lower my saxo and have a rough idea how 2 lower the front but aint got a clue where 2 start on the rear end please could someone give me some hints tips do's and dont's etc would be much appreciated thanks ! smileys/smiley5.gif

over and above the above link there is a tip I'll offer you.

Where they take out the anti roll bar, I replaced the plastic caps in the center of the bar plates with bolts, and just removed the bolt in the end of the plate as per picture 4. that way you don't need a slide hammer, you can leave the arb in place and the end plates will stop the trailing arms from sliding off and you can use an extension bar and hammer to gently punch the bar out the other way.

Only problem with my way is that the arb plates will dangle over the torsion bar bolts/holes, but let's face it, it's not the kind of problem to cry over, just slide it out of the way.
