i always get exactly the same a month aswell. but i know that it's not good. don't they give you your wage slip before you get paid? we get ours about four days before as that is when the money is sent over via BACS.

Yep! its never wrong now cos im on salary but it diddnt half boil my water when i worked at the bar! They always used to get it wrong so i started making a list of what hours ive worked then argued that with the boss.

Always get underpaid, they try it on to save costs. Same with tax by the government, they still overtax you if you forget to claim it back within a sertain period you dont get it bak. They make 16 million extra in taxes they shouldnt take

I'm self-employed, so I decide when to pay myself and how much. Although the amount tends to depend on how much wonga is left in the business bank account when bills and business rates etc have been taken into account.

I always squeeze every last penny out of the business for myself though cos thats the whole point of being self-employed!!

I always get paid the same amount every month, on set days, so i never get any more or any less, but it happens to a lot of people apparently, and some dont even notice, just contact your work, and they should sort it out
