Might be a silly question as i dont know much bout corsa's but what would win?

1.1i saxo - maybe lighter? 1997

1.4 corsa - powerstering 1998-2000

Thoughts?

Couldnt have said it better myself. I dont understand the point of posts like this to be honest. How many more are we going to see ? I am sure if you do a search you will find it has been answered in the past.

depends on what model corsa, if its the 90bhp 16v models the corsa will win, but if its 1.4 8v 55bhp it will be the pax that wins

Both slow... unless (as gixxa said) it's the pokier 16v 1.4 corsa, in which case the corsa would win.

Well i owned a ford ka, when the pillock tried racing me :p, Its possible you could win, probably not on top end though, just hope they are wank drivers.

No its not a 16v corsa, one of the bog standard ones, and i asked it because some one might know or has driven in both. i was more thinking on that the corsa even though it is a 1.4 it might be alot heavier ect and this is for racing on a track, i know people who say the corsahas crap handling compared to the saxo.
