Cig lighter

Finally got round to wiring the neons in the footwell.

Which wire ir the live one into the back of the cig lighter tho.....

I got Yellow+Green, grey, and a blue one.

I tok a guess at green/yellow and fuck all going on.

Power going through to the lighter socket but not to my neon. Everything is all nicelly crimped and its earthed too....just no light smileys/smiley5.gif

want to sort this before i even think of another little thing i've got...

usually green/yellow = earth, blue = neutral, Live is usually brown but if its grey? then its grey smileys/smiley5.gif

Well i'll wait and see if anyone has any clues...Went for yellow/green with Ozbourne saying his live was orange....closest colour match smileys/smiley5.gif

yeah oz said his was yellow... as doggs said following the standard i would have said it was grey.

Grey wire and earth point - nothing.
Grey and blue(neg) - nothing.
Yellow+Green and earth point - nothing.
Yellow+green and blue - nothing.

Anything else i can try cos i think this has turned into a total cluster fuck!
