am not sure if its just in my head but when ever am working my abs (sit-ups, crunches etc) it seems like am working the right half of my abs more than the left actually it seems like the left is hardly worked at all
am i just imagining it or am i doing something wrong?

probley in ya head unless your on a big slant. most peoples abs arent lined up, like the right 3 might be a tad higher than left or vice versa. might just be that feeling

just done some sit ups an just as i bring my chest up to my knees thats when i feel it on the left hand side aswell
kinda feels more toned on the right hand side aswell dsnt look that way tho (i dont look like some right hand sided toned freak lol)

aslong as you look fine you should be ok or do some sets the other diretion

Does tend to happen quite a lot, most people have stronger side of their body and believe it or not it can even go down to the abs, also depends what you do through out the day, if you speand a lot of the day leaning one side, one side of your body will be stronger.

Nothing to really worry about though
