Whats the best way to clean trainers???????????

i have some reebok DJII tiesto ltd editions and they got bogging last time i was out and i want to clean them but dont know the best way grrrrrrrr.

mytrainers (http://www.reebokstore.co.uk/stores/reebok/products/product_details.aspx?pid=31906&cid=3326&tid=&bid=10)

i got told to stuff them with socks, put in a pillow case and then in a washing machine but ive heard horror stories bout doing this lol.

i cant use trainer whitener because of the design of the trainer

rep available for good suggestions :afro:

I put mine in the washing machine and nothing ever happens, so try that, but if u dont want to risk that get baby wipes and clean them that way :)

lol i tried that pillow case method, works fine.

looked shit though cos the stitchin was still dirty looking but the trainers were brighter than the sun.

might be different with yours though, or if you havent got any stitchin.

Try that "Ace-Bleach" stuff... pretty good on trainers!

If you have a local sports shop near you like JJB or footocker they will have special cleaning gel that you can purchase for a couple of quid. Working in a sports shop myself, I have to sell it! But it does work..

Put them in an empty pillow case, and then sling them in the washing machine. Saves the material getting cut/torn/chipped away

take the laces off first, put them in a seperate wash net and dump them in the machine man.
