ok heres a weird one for ya ok im just after some info really. my usual work out consisted of 15 mins running, 10 mins rowing, 20 mins x trainer and 20 mins to 30 mins circuit, but i didnt see any major changes, any ideas?

i would have said that was to long to train. you wanna be training shorter and more intense, getting that sweet pouring.

i take it you eat well while gyming it? good protein sources? how long did this routine go on for? end goals etc?

firstly what are you trying to acheive? loose weight or tone up? 50% of woring out is in the eating and dieting.
