Ordered a dimma fuel cap on May 18th haven't heard a whisper from them smileys/smiley7.gif . Tried phoning them on many occasions but the phone just rings and rings, emailed them and got a reply stating:
we are away for the |Barbados RALLY umtil june 2nd, cant do
anything till we are back.

Which I think is absolute piss take, so thought I would try and ring again today and find out whats happening. The 2 numbers I have been trying now state "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" which leads me to wander have they folded up or what????

Think it is unacceptable for what was supposed to be a worthy company to have such terrible customer relations, no mention on there website about whats going on, no contact regarding what is happening with my order grrrrrrr smileys/smiley7.gif smileys/smiley7.gif

Anyone know what is happening with dimma??

I got my dimma fuel cap from carnoisseur and they should have more in stock if you give them a call! Unless you paid for the other already in which case either wait or try to cancel (but since they are not answering a bit hard!)

Just found a spanking brand new one on ebay for £20 smileys/smiley14.gif I have sent dimma a shitty email to cancel my order (wanders if anyone will read it LOL)

Rang my bank and at least no money been paid to them.

So be AWARE if you are thinking of ordering direct from dimmasales

I had a similar situation with Dimma. I placed an order (only for a hoodie), but recieved no accoledgement of the order, when contacted they said the item was out of stock and they didn't reply originally because of problems with the e-mail system.
