clunking noise

I bought my son a citroen saxo 1.1 forte which was a damaged repairable cat.c.It had a front end o/s smash.
The problem is,when he turns a sharp right hand corner,there is a clunking noise.Has anyone any ideas,and is it likely to fail the mot due to this.Thankyou.

check the wheel bearings and get under the car and have a look round to make sure it was repaired correctly smileys/smiley3.gif
