Help, snap connector not sure where its from?

basically i was looking at my gfs vtr and notice there was a pipe not connected to anything, so i lookied at the end not connected to notice theres a plastic nipple snapped off. any ideas where its from?

its a mk1 vtr, the pipe looks to be a vacuum pipe, but its not the one that joins the master cyclinder, the other ends connected to the inlet manifold about 50mm past the TB
