I was just wondering that as i may now be keeping the vtr for another year i'd like to get some nice black alloys for it (possibly octanes).

Now in a year or so when i get rid i will be getting a focus, and will sell the vtr with the standard wheels back on.

Would the aftermarket alloys i get for the sax fit the focus ok? Or would i be better off getting ford fittment alloys now with 20mm spacers, which i know will go on the focus fine later?

Also if i had to get the spacer kit what locking nuts would i use? i'm guessing the vtr one's would not fit, ford one's?

I'm useless at this sort of thing

you would need to get ford fitment alloys and use 20mm spacers on the saxo.

i'm pretty sure you will need to change the bolts when you change cars

ok so if i buy ford fitment alloys and they come with the bolts i pressume these will be fine due to the spacers? are ford bolts longer?

Also i pressume i would need a set of ford locking nuts to keep my wheels nice n safe?

I think the PCD is different on a focus...So the stud alignment won't match up..

If you give me a minute ill just take a check..

Nope im wrong.

You'll be fine with a 20mm spacer..

I think the new focus's are 5 stud, i would be getting the old shape which are 4 stud.
Hopefully i'll get the spacers n bolts with the alloys otherwise its more expence.
