As the S has a few problems - Cracked manifold, quickshift needs adjusting, needs a dam good clean - I just coulnt be bothered with it this weeked so I turned my attention to the the missis trusty little Micra.
She loves it to bits and has named it 'Bib Bib' . . . :err: ok whatever . . . :p yes well, its K12 Micra (Mk3 in other words) per face lifted 1.2 SE, nice little car really, smooth, quite, loads of interior space and gutless all a womens car shoud be
So I gave her a good wash and seeing to (the car, not the missis :p ) and this was the result - took the pic's when we went for a walk in our local park.

As I still cant find a set of Micra Sport Alloys at the right price to tidy the car up I replaced her scratched to hell Nissian Hubs with some GunMetal Grey items from local car spares shop.

Not the best in the world and alloys would be better but a scratched hub is cheaper to replace than refurbing a alloy
Her first MoT is due soon as is her warrenty so after thats finished Im gona sticj a K&N on it just to liven the motor up for her and find a Nissian OE spoiler and Clear front indicators to boot :y:
Not quite a Saxo but it does her till we win the lottery :clapping:

i had to have one of these for a week when i went on a work training course as all the other cars were booked out allready, it was not as bad as i thought it was going to be and for a small car there is so much space inside

Brake pads fell out after i bought it,
Blew a Gearbox,
Battery died,
Exhaust snapped off,

Yer, I quite like the colour, kinda Baby Blue. We saw a colour that was almost the same as the Citroen Wicked Red on a 06 Micra at the weekend and the other half Really liked it so I said 'you could have a saxo in that colour'
. . . . . (silience) . . . . then she replys 'Yer but I like to get where Im going without having to fix it when I do finally get there' Gota admit I found that quite funny :clapping:

This is the spoiler Im looking to get for the Micra . . .
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i277/turpin2000ad/NismoSpoiler.jpg
Its a NISMO item and gives the back of the car a slightly nicer shape. They can be colour coded but Main Dealer fitted they are left back which can look quite nice.
Maybe a exhaust like a Mini Cooper S - twin Small tailpipes exiting from the centre of the rear bumper like this . . .

Hmmmm maybe, maybe sort my monster out then talk to her about a few bits for her's :y:

She'd KILL herself in it - if I didnt first :y:
Shame she had bought it before we got together otherwise I might have been able to tick a few boxes on the options list while she was looking the other way :p

The interior in those micra's is truely gash!!

Gearbox is very clunky and has a strange plasticky feel to it but then its designed to be driven by old men and women so
The interior in those micra's is truely gash!!
Yer, the seats are flat with no real support and the door cards are very flat too but this all adds to the feeling of space, I know its abit bigger than the Sax but it feels like the Tardis in there its HUGE.
Again Its not really aimed at the young sporty market its just a nice girl friendly town car and it does it very well.
