what i do is go to either world circuits, city courses, dirt and snow or original circuits once in there you get the option to do a photo drive, it means after the race is finished during the replay or if you let the computer drive the car, if you press select it goes into camera mode

Mine GTi is 268bhp too lol.
Problem with GT4 is that a 250bhp car doesnt feel fast in the game at all,
plus the fact that the GTi isnt 4WD makes it feel slower.

Now when you jump into a 900bhp+ car then the game feels a bit quicker.

My best car is the TOYOYTA 88C-V Race Car, handles soo well and
goes like shit off a shovel (it actually does lol)

Reason why I stopped playing GT4 was because the race challenges became
impossible to complete and I couldnt be arsed to due the Endurance races.

Ive won all other races tbh, now at 80% complete. Tis a shame really that
you dont get the same level of fun out of the smaller cars once they are
tuned...

Oh and turns out the shutter speed is basically how fast the picture is captured.
Slower speed = more blur around the centre.

Loving that Civic mate, much nicer without the wing.

Tried a trip round the Nurburgring in my Minolta Race Car and was near the end
at 6mins but thats a terrible time. I was soo pissed off, car kept lifting up
when I hit 190mph+

Stu your time is very very quick as the car you used is not as quick as the Minolta and you got a time of less that 6 mins!! Proud of u!

You need to get into the later events, one race you can win loads of cash and
when you sell the prize car you get shite loads more cash on top.

Cant remember what race it is now but it dont take long tbh, especially on B Spec

your also limited to the certain cars for the race they have to be german for a start plus other restrictions like it has to be a touring car

another quick way to get money is to do the second race in the special conditions races
there is two different races in it once done you win this big car which can be sold for 250 000
need an A licence for it though

this thread made me dig out my ps2 and gt4 the other night, i havent played it in about about 6 months. i managed to do a 9.32 round the ring in a stock 106 just using the time trial mode in the arcade section, which wasnt too bad as i was pissing about drifting it using the handbrake.
i also did some of the manufacturers events lol i did the 2cv race tuned my 15bhp 2cv up to 58bhp, it owned even though the top speed was only 58mph lol. i also bought a white skyline gtr N1 and put blackspeedlines on it.

a tip for you guys as well if you dont know already, when you buy a new car first mod should be change the oil, it adds like 5% bhp

Yep, fitted with NOS and now 920bhp ish. It's got the most rediculous turbo lag ever, it's actually comical.
