was on the car when i bought buddy and cant really be bothered to swap it as my car is up for sale, it matches the colour of my car and looks better than the westcoast american flag badge, maybe the new buyer will drop a vts lump in it to complete the mk1 vts look everything bar the engine and rear discs are done

Great pictures.

I love your car Jim, it's looks sooo good. How much are you after again?

Jungle_Jim
15th March 2007, 18:56
depends on how much ice is sold with the car as there is over £1000 worth and its dynamatted. i am after £2500, its only done 57, 000 miles which is low for 1999 t reg.

Luke
15th March 2007, 18:58
I'd love to buy it as I second car if I had the money, looks such a good example.

Jungle_Jim
15th March 2007, 19:02
thanks mate, i still dont know if i want to sell it, i have had it for 3 years so sometimes i feel bored with it, especially as most of the mods were already done so i havent developed the car, but then other times like today when it was all cleaned up i love it just as much as the day i bought it

15th March 2007, 21:04
Very nice, they look mint:)

James - Didn't know you were selling yours:shocked: How much you selling it for?

Jungle_Jim
15th March 2007, 21:36
yeah, remember i said on msn i was thinking about getting a black mk2,

ultimately it depends how much people are willing to offer but want £2500 depending on the ice. still not totally sure if i will sell it yet though.

thanks for the comment hun :)

Both cars are looking absolutely stunning there!

Jim in all fairness i think you should keep it a bit longer, its got loads of potential to be an amazing car if you throw a bit more money at it.

Get yourself a VTS engine, work on it, tinker with a few other bits and you'll soon be well attached again.

i would love to put a vts lump in it but the insurance would be mental, i am already being charge £350 over a standard westcoast just to lower it, backbox and vtr rims. i could get a standard vts for only £80 more than i am paying now.

i had a few ideas for it, one was to go euro, the other would be track slag abit like these chops, but not really sure

I like that one but I'd smooth the original splitter into the bumper. Otherwise it looks like you've got two.

Wow, the pictures came out rather well :y: top job....

Shame the picture adjustments you have made means you can't see the reflections or the flake in my paint :(

Hessle, thankyou for your product recommendations... i now have no black bits on my car :y:

I rinsed car, treated with autoglym tar remover, the washed with megs shampoo, then megs detailed the car, then used autoglym trim restorer, megs hot wheels wheel cleaner, and megs tyre dressing... then applied autoglym high resin polish, followed by some megs wax :y:

Im impressed by autoglym products :) brings out a really intense deep looking colour :)

Bet my car wont be that clean when i return home :(

And im so surprised no one has commented on mine looking like a 4x4, it is in desperate need of lowering :(

Cheers
