i have worked a couple of 12 hour's shift's before

and once i worked a 13 hour shift ( we have no staff at

my place of work u see )

well i worked loads last summer so that i didnt need a part time job.... i did a few double shift days where i would work at one liesure centre for a 5 hour shit then to another for a 6hour shift. And i did the saturday and sounday shift od 8am till 8:30pm both days!!

So i worked my last shift ages ago so i could stop and concentrate on revising for my exams smileys/smiley2.gif

I am employed as a casual lifeguard for Knowsley and St Helens Council.... this allows me to work in any of thre liesure centres as a liesure attendant. There are about 12 centres that i can work at and all are understaffed. Basically i do anything there from sitting on my arse doing nothing, to setting up like badmington nets, or being on the pool side life guarding. Pay is £6 per hour for St Helens and £5.53 for knowsley!!

So the pay is pretty good for a summer job smileys/smiley4.gif

Yeah i used to work as a leisure attendant for Durham County Council but never qualified for lifeguard to do the pool stuff, just in the gym and leisure centres!

Working for the NHS now in the prescription pricing authority, data entry, boring stuff but £5.73 an hour n no tax cos i'm a student and come uner the tax band!! smileys/smiley14.gif

well im a full time worker myself im earning

5.75 an hour and it's going up in sepetember by 25p

i could be getting supervisor at my place and then ill

be earning £ 7 an hour . . . .

i get paid every two week's so when i feel my money

starting to slip mainly because of going out at the

weekend's smileys/smiley17.gif , i get paid again smileys/smiley4.gif

at the mo im earning around 400 every two week's cos

i work my arse off , the regional manager is quite

impressed that's why i could get supervisor

not bad for a just turned 17 old having a year out smileys/smiley4.gif

thing is though im paying 150 a month in rent , and im

paying of insurance at the moment , so im forced into

being paitent with the install , but atleast ill get

it right the first time round hey smileys/smiley17.gif

well belive it or not i work in a coffee shop . . .

the thing is it's parked in between mark's n spencer

and sainsabury's so we get all there customer's after

they finish shopping , out of the starbuck's in

the uk that are in center's we make the most

we make double almost triple of what the other store's

do . . . . we open at 7 am and close at 8 pm

that's why it pay's so well
