ARE SHIT.
Just recived a letter saying they didnt pay out for my accident therefore directline assume they dont want to pay so will now be claiming from me.
i apparently owe 1115.79 to the person because quinn hasnt paid out and if i dont pay it within 14 days they take legal action.
Im am absoulutly fuming. and quinn are acting like a bunch of divys down the phone because im not insured with them anymore.

Contact your lawyer. Threaten Quinn Direct with legal action and taking them to the FSA etc.

Yeah everyone says this about wuinn, when you want a cheap quote theyre awesome but the service is terrible and they hide in a hole in Ireland if you crash

To be fair they sound like pikeys on the phone but dont bother me,was £400 cheaper then any other quote i got, also they haven't got a legal leg to stand on if your insured with them they have to pay out
