Has anyone got one of these? I got mine today as an upgrade and was wondering how you use the usb lead, becuase i have installed the software etc, and the phone doesnt show up as removeable drive and i dont know how to access it. And also do you have to activate the internet on it before you can use it? Ive tried a couple of times and just says connection unsuccessful please try again later. Help would be great thanks.

try leaving the phone disconnected from the PC till its completely loaded up then connecting it, if you have some sort of software to get into the phone open it after connecting the phone. had similar problems with my sony ericsson.

So need to put the phone into 'disk' mode rather than 'data' mode.
I had the same problem with my L7.
Have to agree with the comments above though, Motorola phones really are crap! (I've been a big SE fan for quite a while now, but am about to step into HTC territory).

you maybe having problems due to the software not being installed correctly. If you delete all records of moto software from your pc, then install it again by inserting the disk before connecting the phone you should be ok. if not let me know what it says and i will try and help.
