sorry if this is the wrong section but im about to put a new back box exhaust on my car and my mate wants to but my VTR backbox for his 206, how much is the VTR backbox worth?

Well, alot depends on:

What Brand
Stainless Steel or Mild Steel
How Long its been on the Car
and General condition

£50-£100 depending on the answers to the above questions really.

Also how much of a mate is he :) if he's not that much of a mate STING him for every pennie :y: hehehehehe

He does know he'll have to have it altered to fit the 206 doesnt he?

why would he want a VTR box? doesnt he know it will be easier to stick with stock or one made for the car? oh well.

He's a decent mate actually, he wants to make his 206 look like a GTI so the VTR exhaust will fit nicely. The exhaust is brand new and only been on the car for around 3 week. had it changed on warrenty as the other one fell off. its only done around 700 miles

As for having it modded to fit his 206 he knows this and can get it done free as his dad works in a garage anyway.

So as hes a mate and the exhaust is brand new you say around £50-60 yeh?

Id say as you got it free, he is a mate, and its just a standard VT backbox i would say give it him for free.
