Rattle

when i accelerate hard theres a funny rattle coming from around the cat been like it for a while now but never bothered me much any ideas what it could be i though maybe a heatsheild around the car or something but havnt jacked the car up in a while
any ideas what it could be, its obviously nothing to fail an MOT on as it passed like it in jan and my exhausts quite deep but that shouldnt mean anything as it was rattling before i had my new exhaust on
so yeah anyone know what this is or any ideas what it could be

A mate of mine has a 106 and when he started up his car he had a rattle! I had a look at it for him today and saw that the manifold heat sheild had come loose! Have you looked at that mate?
