No probs mate!

No you only need rubber on the brake and clutch pedals.

Mine had rubbers on, but they were tatty so ive just added some pedals on with a grip like texture on the front to avoid slipping :)

It can be tampered with on any car if you know what you are doing..its always a risk when your buying a second hand low mileage car.. How many services has it had?

not sure bud. but the service fingy was on the dash at 9900miles does that mean it wants servicing after 9900?

he said hes goan service me as well

That means that there is 9900 miles left before it needs another service.
As its a 7 year old car it should have had atleast 7 services in its life, 1 every year..

Citroen suggest servicing every 12k or every year, whicever comes first, well its only done 27k so if it only has 2 stamps in the service book it yhasn't been serviced correctly so makesure you service it or the bloke services it for you, the engine may have really old oil in it you see.. ;)

wel im the kinda guy that has a good look round any car im buying and i cheked the dip stick and the oil looked like it was failry new (nice cleanish brown color, not black)

so it looks like its an ok engine and i test drove it and it responded well.

so he mite have serviced it as soon as he got it in!!!

wast the best things to look out for on the car? to tell if its done more than the book says?

Well by the sounds of the oil you described its quite new..

Look for wear on the seats, especially the drivers seat umm and thats about it really as you cant look inside the engine, lol.. Just general wear really.. ;)
