Not the best story to tell when explaining to people why your kid may look funny as you where drinking during the pregnancy as you didn't know you where pregnant.

Or as I am currently seeing on my paediatric placements why your kids heart is in a bad way as you took some drugs on a couple of nights out whilst you where pregnant but didnt know you where.
