ive got a 1.1 sx, ive had it for a few months, despite needing a new exhaust the day after buying it (250quid gone) i cant fault it. But in a month my insurance goes down, so im not sure whether to turn this one into a slag or to go down the vtr route?
ive saved up enough for a decent vtr, but im not sure whether to spend some on my 1.1 and blow the rest on beer and ho's?
for an 11 year old car the interior is perfect, but it being a 3 stud and having a dent in the wing makes me want to part with it, i would get a new wing and spray it but the colours a rare en'.
is it worth tarting this one up or am i best to get rid?

Jesus thats a really old saxo.
If you can afford it get a vtr.

No offence but if you have the money for a VTR then get that.. Nothing wrong with your car but vtr's look better and can have some decent power etc extracted from them.

Retro. :)
yeah, its just i cant find one i want, after a standerd black mk1, with low miles, seem quite rare.
hoping to spend around 2ish on the car, leaving abit for Rallye wheels.
anyone want to buy a saxo?

why dont you get a furio??
then it will still have the VT* looks, but insurance wont be much more than your current one?
and will still have abit more power

Or a westcoast. I know what you mean about black mk 1's though, would love one if it wasnt for ghey insurance. Same with the gun metal ones.

go for a vtr, more power, better looks and dont need much work to them to make them look really good cars, 2k should get you a really good mk1 or an early mk2, from a quick look on ebay,
