Hi there
I am going to strip out my vts but does the alarm still work properly as you have to disconnect the bit in the boot for when the boot is shut?!
If not what do i have to do to make it work still?
Thanks
Dan

I imagine it will but not that particular sensor.

Just trick the system by bypassing the switch and hardwiring it instead, thus the alarm thinks the boot's always closed, if you don't do this then it'll think it's always open, and some alarms don't like that :P

iirc the saxo boot switch is a push to make switch, all u need to do is take the wires that wer connected to the switch and connect them together this makes the alarm units boot pickup have a complete circuit so it thinks the boot is shut.
