silver saxo went left at the roundabout near mandeville upper school and then drove past me, thik it might have been a vt and had blue tints in the headlights, anyone on here?

Was it slammed on VTS wheels and did it have a lower strut brace? think I might of seen it.

did have time to check the detail of it jsut saw it was silver and saw a blue tint in his lights
