stupidly because:
1) all their stuff is at 128kbps
2) its in some stupid file format so i cant listen to in Windasssssss Media Player.
Is there any plugin/codec i can use for media player in order to play this itunes format shite... or even a program which converts from shite format to MP3 or WMA???
Many thanks + yes rep/oral will be available.

i maybe wrong but another way of doing it would be to burn a music cd in itunes with the tracks on it, then rip them back off the cd using windows media

Once you have burnt a CD it's in a standard format so .wma, .mp3, .acc etc is possible. Remember though if you burnt tracks at 128Kbs to rip from CD at 128Kbs else you will just be wasting space.

Nope, as Jim said you need to put it on a disc then rip in using WMP, that's how I do it anyway.

iTunes can convert to MP3
just go to the advanced settings and tell it what you want as your default format.
then just import your track and it will flag up its not mp3.
You can then convert it.
If you have it already in your libary.
right click on it and select "convert to mp3"

the long-winded method which works is to burn the m4as on to CD
then copy them back through itunes into mp3 format :y:
