my car screaches....help

my car has started making a god awfull noise, the front wheel was making a horrible grindin sound, so i had new brake disks and pads put on, now the grinding has turned into a screaching. i want it to stop but want to know what it might be before paying ova odds to get sum1 else to find out for me. cheers for any help guys...

i seem to think its something else though, because i had new pads and disks. and theres no marks anywhere that i can see to suggest somethings catching. could be that they are sticking i suppose. anything i can do to sort it? dont fancy paying garage prices

who fitted them for you

it might be the ball joint protector catching on the inner disc so you wouldnt see it
