You wont bulk up on that. First major mistake is missing breakfast, forcefeed yourself if need be. Cut out the crappy food (choclates etc) and eat some proper food. pastas good. also if you do a search theres been quite a few people asking the same thing, might be some usefull info for ya

diet is a big issue, try to start with a healthy breakfast, have at least 1 peice of fruit and a fruit drink, try and incorporate more protein food into your diet, red meat, but also things like nuts which would be a good replacement for crisps, make sure you are getting veg aswel, my diet used to be pretty much the same as yours a few months ago but i moved house and my diet changed and so thats pretty much what i did, also weights, are you gong to the gym at all, and buying a dumbell and barbell set might be good for at home, i got this one from argos for only £30

incorporate more protein food into your diet, red meat
Eat chicken and other white meats not too much red meats, its fatty and high in cholesterol. Also have oats for breakfast, pasta, potatoes, rice are good for other meals, and generally cut down on the crappy foods and eat some proper food

red meat is a geat source of natural creatine, needed in bulking stage of training and if you dont buy the cheapest steak in the self it wont be too fatty..turkey breast better than chicken as lower in fat and eat an oily fish once to twice a week. make sure you carbs at 'starchy' as aposed to 'stodgy' so brown rice is the way forward. cottage cheese before bed if you can as contains caseinate (very complex form of protein) which will help your body recover over night. eggs are always a good snack, hard boiled, high protein and if your worried about chloest. just eat the egg white.
