joined the gym today david lloyd £80 a month. really nice place im just going to run work off my belly and then build up my body with some weights.

im happy im paying £80 a months because it will encourage me to use it more and there is fit girls there

f*ck 80 quid a month for a run of the mill gym. find a cheaper gym and spend extra money on either suplimentation or a nutritionist and trainer to sort you out mate!

but if it keeps you motivated seeing 80 notes dissapearing each and every month then make the most of it my friend!

hahahaha went for the first time yesterday fell off the tread mill and sprained my ankle how annoying

did my first 'dieting cardio' session 5:30am friday. at hour of incline walking thank fuck for Ipods thats all im saying!
