Know a few of you are form there. my mates up there working (exhibition work) and he said that the smoking ban came out a year ago there??? is that true? he said people dont even smoke in the bookies!

lol yeh the smoking ban is ace, except you get a heavily concentrated dose of smoke when you walk in and out of pubs due to the densely populated doorway full of smokers.

Aparently its been causing havoc for the bouncers too

i liked it when i was up there in castle douglas last year. pub was nicer without the smoke (and im a smoker aswell)

scotland is head off the times and england ;) the best thing to be brought in, in my opinion, night outs are great without the smoke, and the smell :)

yeah smoking ban been here for awhile, the union at college is alot better now no one smokes inside. mind you there was a club i know that started pumpin in a strawberry smell because now no one smoked you could smell all the sweaty dancers lol
