i ordered some brand new stuff off ebay off a uk seller thats got 2000+ feedback, anyway i paid for 48 hour delivery.

2 days later - nothing so i gave it a week

1 week
- emailed him and no reply

2 weeks
- got a reply saying that they had sent the item, sent more emails asking for tracking info etc... and got a reply with the tracking numbers so i went onto the parcel force website and get the tracking info up it said "the item was undeliverable due to address missing, parcel returned to sender" it also had a signiter of the sender signing for it back. so i sent an email to the seller saying it was returned to him and he had signed for it, got a no reply for 1 week

3 weeks
- got a reply saing that they wont send it out unless i pay for a redelivery fee, i told him that its not my fault that he had not stuck the address on teh packet so it had been lost so why should i pay, anyway asked for a refund but no refunds are given. he was then failing to respond to my emails again so i put in a claim through paypal.

4 weeks
- got a email saying if i will pay half of the redelivery fee they will send it so i did, they then sent an email saying they wont send it untill i remove the paypal claim coz they dont wana send it and then have me claim it on paypal. so i removed the claim.

5 weeks
- nothing received, sent emaisl askign for tracking infoand about 12 emails since with no replys

6 weeks
- got an email back saying "we respond to all our emails" thats it nothing else in teh email, now i dont know what to do coz there not replying and i cant put in a claim for paypal coz u can only put one claim in which i allready canceled

any one know if i can do anything?

Message Ebay and tell them what happened then email paypa and explain what happened and that you would like to put a claim in and hopefully they will be understanding.

i spoke to someone at paypal and they said only one claim per person and as i canceled the claim under "buyer & seller have come to a mutual agreement" they cannot do anything else apparently, emailed ebay and they said that they are not responsible for calims and i must contact paypal

Yo Steve,
What I would do is go onto the paypal website, sign in and check who you sent the money to. It should have his address on there(click on payment details). If that doesnt work then you need to do some digging, ask other ebay members who have bought off him for his details. I wouldn't leave abusive feedback or anything that's foul mouthed, racist etc etc. Or he'll just get it removed and then leave you with a negative feedback.
Another option would be just to report him to ebay, say that you haven't received your goods yet. (Id personally just jump to the option below, probably the quickest)

If all else fails, say something along the lines of " Hi I have contacted you on several occasions, this is your final warning, if I do not receive what I have ordered within one week then the next time you see me will be in court, regards, Steve" Keep everything polite/professional etc and he should cack his pants and do summin about it. good luck kiddo!

By the way what do you recommend that tastes good and packs on the weight? I've tried maximuscle weight gain and it tastes foul! Made me heave every time.
