Well im not skinny nor fat about 1.80m tall and ive always had the weight on my belly no where else. My legs have no fat and are pure muscle and i never eat shitty food like chocolate or crisps. I only eat 2 meals a day and this normally is a sandwich at dinner if i even have that and either noodles on their own, tuna salad or pasta and a home made sauce for tea. Never go to the gym and i play football about 3 times a week, for an hour. I rarely drink and would say i do once a month if that. Im going to start to go to the gym from tonight as i want to lose the cunt before summer. Any ideas as to what to do and eat etc to help me

lol i only eat one, never hungry, that is adequate for me, but makes me laugh that i am still 17st and walk every where lol, dont snack either

lol its gone well so far, ive not signed upto the gym yet just been going daily paying per session and a jog in the mornin. Got 2 weeks off college now so hopefully i can hammer it throughout the 2 weeks. Should be good and a challenge!

i have a weird rota at work, guna book off a couple of days and will give me a couple of weeks off in total, guna go down the gym as much as i can and hopefully the results are worth it lol
