that will help you lose weight mate, as will any excersise. I recommend buying a proper bike for the same price and get out in the fresh air :y:

you will get bored of using the exercis bike in a week or two.

Also when you go to get out on a proper bike the fitness deosnt cross over as you have to carry your weight too.
