Check out this bad boy! I have to chose between here and another place for my accomidation..

This state of the art residence has all en suite accommodation, with a choice of standard, deluxe or studio rooms. Standard and deluxe rooms are in cluster flats of 3,4 or 5 so living with your friends is not a problem!!

Rooms are available from £89.76 which includes all utility bills, telephone in each room, internet connection, Sky TV in the flat communal area and contents insurance.

On site there is a splendid leisure centre with Jacuzzi, steam room and swimming pool, with up to the minute equipment available in the gym area. There is also a launderette and common room with Sky projection so you can watch your favourite show – or football match!!

Just inder 4k a year, but that includes tv license, bills, insurance, gym memberhsip, internet.. all I have to pay for is food, travel and beer lol

Not sure whether to chose them, the other place is self contained. Has a little student village with all that and more, shops, pub etc

I need to find out bus routes and how far tecso/morrisons is etc

They do look awesome though :P

Partially true

99% of halls provide a data point but charge you 200 notes a year to use it, you have to chose their provider and you only get 512kb

so yeah.. lol
